Dr. Rosenthal is Emeritus Professor, and former Chairperson of Family Medicine in the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. 

Dr. Rosenthal recently wrote his second book, “Cyrenius Chapin: Buffalo’s First Physician and War of 1812 Hero”. His book tells the story of life in the young American republic through the experiences of a local physician.
